A busy Starbucks right on Haeundae beach. It is ordinary in terms of menu. However, the doors keep opening and closing and with the noise from the inside added to the noise from outside, it’s annoying. Too many other places to choose from. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I was disappointed with the customer service at this cafe. I originally ordered my coffee and food as takeaway, but when my partner arrived shortly after, I decided to stay and eat in instead. Rather than handling the situation politely, staff were quite rude and asked me to leave. I understand cafes may have different policies regarding takeaway versus dine-in orders, and that’s completely fine. However, the way it was communicated could have been much kinder and more professional. A polite explanation would have made a big difference to the experience. After reading other reviews mentioning similar experiences, it unfortunately seems this is not an isolated issue and that staff have not learnt from previous feedback. The interaction left us feeling very unwelcome. Service: 1
