Starbucks satisfies all of my coffee needs while I’m on the road.. for the most part. Today, while going through Calhoun, I decided to stop by and get a coffee and a sandwich from the Starbucks at Food City. The lady taking my order, Edith, was super sweet and helpful, but that was the only thing good about it. The other lady making the drinks was quite rude, and when you asked her a question, she’d just snap right back and give a short, snarky response. When I received my drink, an iced caramel macchiato, and my bacon, Gouda, and egg sandwich, it looked pretty much like it usually would at any other Starbucks, other than the fact that she never mixed my drink. Boy, was I wrong. The coffee tasted watered down, burnt, and almost like rubbing alcohol. The sandwich was mostly cold, and was very soggy. Now, I have a horrible stomach ache which I 100% blame on the food, if you can even call it that, which I received and the coffee that tasted like cleaning products. I would drink the coffee and eat the food from the gas station with a cockroach infestation before I’d ever do business with this Starbucks location again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

When I went in there they were in a small rush. I ordered my drink and got it in no less than 8 minutes with several others while they were waiting, with only two girls working in the kiosk. One server in particular stuck out to me and I asked for her name, which was Ansley. She was friendly, respectful, and made small talk with me which I really appreciated as most people won’t try. Overall the drink was good, service was good, and everyone was very friendly! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
