I order light ice got charged for extra oatmilk because that's what Starbucks does when you order light ice on a Iced shaken brown sugar espresso. But it didn't have light ice. I order the same drink the same way every time so I know. I don't mind paying extra but I would like what I paid extra for. First time here at this location. Probably won't be back First impression mean everything !!! Dissatisfied customer Service: 2

Wen in for a door dash order and it literally took them over 15 minutes to make 3 drinks and the whole time I was standing there not one employee said hi or asked what I was thear for and the owner was sitting right thear watching all this what a great owner slash store manager to be one of the slowest locations I have ever seen I will not be returning for deliveries or for personal orders.
