To be fair, the only reason I went into a Starbucks in Costa Rica was to get capucchino with cream or half and half, and the didn't have it. But worse, they had the shelf milk and not even a fresh one. The flavor was horrible. I prefer the local coffee places that offer fresh milk. But coffee should be dark or with a little cream :)
