My boyfriend and I stopped by Starbucks after shopping at Kroger. As we were heading over, a Kroger employee was yelling very loudly at her coworkers and using curse words. It caught the attention of many shoppers, and several people seemed startled and uncomfortable by the situation. When we got to Starbucks, Abby took the time to check on us and make sure we were okay, which we really appreciated. Even though the situation wasn’t related to her, her kindness and concern did not go unnoticed. Abby was incredibly friendly, provided excellent customer service, and made our drinks perfectly. Her professionalism and positive attitude stood out, and we will definitely be back and hope to see her again! They messed up my order didn’t add wilt cream messed up the size and didn’t let me scan the QR on my app also my drink tastes. Like ice In a cup and after they fixed it they still forgot to add whipped cream. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $1–10

My friend and I just went to this location, we were greeted with a great attitude and friendliness from one of the employees Abigail. She was so helpful and pleasant to talk to.
