We went on 4/28/26 at 4:15 p.m. and there was no one in line. A young man was behind the counter, slamming things around and not looking happy. After standing there for over 5 minutes, with him casting side-eye at us periodically, but saying nothing, we left and went to Dutch Bros just a couple of minutes away. The service there was fantastic and the young woman who helped us was fast, friendly, and professional. Thanks, Starbucks, for helping us find a new coffee place. We will not be back!
