The Crille Building Starbucks is not concerned about service. There were three people working and they were more focused on having conversations than providing what was purchased. It would be ok if the could talk and work at the same time but the couldn’t. I waited for over 10 min and it wasn’t busy. The icing on the cake is when I was watching the section my drink should have been, alphabetically, and it was on the total opposite side. When I realized I mentioned that I was looking for it to be places in tje ‘R’ section. The response I got was that one aide is for mobile orders and the other for in person orders. I jad no idea my drink was even ready because they didn’t call my name like other Starbucks. Too bad this location wasn’t a Dunkin or Bigsby instead. It is so hit or miss depending on locations and that will be their demise eventually. Service: 1
