In all my years of going thru Starbucks I’ve never had a barista tell me they can’t put 1 bag in & 1 bag out in my venti earl grey tea! Not once but she doubled down today at this location. Can’t wait to see if my next Starbucks says the same. lol

Love Starbucks. Hate this location. Placed a mobile order today. Arrived at the store, no one in line, parking lot nearly empty. Get in the drive thru line and they tell me my order is not ready yet, to come back at the time it says on the app. I look at my app and it says my order will be ready at 8:11. It is 8:09 now. There are no cars in the line behind me. I drive around, but stop because an elderly couple is walking through the parking lot past the exit to the drive thru line. Note, I am not close to the window and could not reach a drink if someone attempted to hand me one. I am clearly not attempting to receive a beverage at this point, just trying to drive around as instructed. An employee opens the window to yell at me to drive around. I inform her that I stopped to wait for the people walking past and she huffily closes the window. I then drive around the building slowly, get back into the drive thru line where I am still the only car. Not a single car has used this line while I drove in a circle. I drive back up to the window where a different staff member inform me that they are, 'trying to find my drinks.' It is now 8:12. They do eventually find my drinks. Still no other cars in the line . . . Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I will never drink honey citrus mint tea again this slimmy stuff in my cup went in mouth after drinking half of it I took it back and the manager was rude about it she acted as if she didnt care at all she said the bag busted open lady if tea bag bust open its not gone be slimmy and gross like that she was very rude about my concern and im completely grossed out about it either you all used something old in my drink or you need to cleaning your machines or something because this not a tea bag busting open if you closely the tea bags are still intact you guys have definitely lost my business I bought this tea on 3/13/26 at 915am and took it back about 1045am so the manger with the dark hair that was on duty you shouldn't be in that position because you have no idea how to treat your customers when they come in with a concern you couldn't even fake being concerned Service: 1
