I stop at this Starbucks often as I frequently pass it while traveling but today my experience was horrible. The girl taking drive thru orders was very rude and condescending. I always specify dark chocolate mocha when ordering because if I just say mocha I always get asked white or dark. Her response was very rudely “we don’t have dark chocolate mocha so do you want white, regular, or do you even want coffee? Are you just talking about chocolate milk?” I’ve not only rarely had anyone not know what I was talking about when I said “grande hot dark chocolate mocha” I’ve also never had anyone be so rude IF clarification was needed. Not sure if she’s always like that or just having an off day but her customer service skills were severely lacking. Meal type: Other Service: 1
