One of my favorite post-run activities is to come to this Starbucks, get a venti cold brew, and then sit on the railing facing Knox and guess the price of strollers passing by. Excellent people watching spot. Price per person: $1–10

Please forgive me for I forgot the young beautiful African-American woman's name that served me around 8pm on 5/17/26, but she was AMAZING. She gave me details about the new Horchata Frappe that I wanted to try and was hesitant. Talking to her made me more confident in trying the new beverages and to my surprise, she was right. She even made it extra special by adding a little caramel to it which blew me completely out the water. I will most DEFINITELY come back to this Starbucks location and order my new fav... As long as it's available, lol. Thank you young lady for providing excellent customer service and making my day. I greatly appreciate you and wish there were more people in the world like you. When in Dallas I love to drop by this Knox Henderson Starbucks. The people are great and so is the coffee. The store is always clean and they keep the lines moving fast. It’s nice to sip coffee and shop afterwards in the nearby amazing shops. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
