I ordered a venti strawberry shortcake frapp I was handed a grande even though I verbally requested venti the order taker rushed me out the line and didn’t even offer to remake the drink. Now that my work day is disturbed I’m stuck with half of what I wanted Service: 1

I been coming to this one for years they used serve good coffee until this morning I asked for hazelnut flavor like 5 times so finally she got and charged me more like $6.75 but she handled me the drink without hazelnut flavor because the didn’t add it I saw it I told her are you sure you added she said they did I tasted front of her it was no flavor at all and still insured me they did all I asked to be honest then I said you know you can have it and left plus they already changed me almost $7 for the non flavored coffee I ell never go there again the didn’t handle the situation right Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming to this location on Preston for quite a while, but for the last three months, the times that I have been to that location, my order is not what I order. The ingredients are wrong and I am not satisfied with the staff who prepares the coffee. Who ever is taking the orders? I don’t know if they’re doing It on purpose, but I’m starting to become very annoyed. I also asked for iced coffee and it’s still warm Price per person: $10–20
