I visited this store on 3/14/2026 4:45 PM, This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Especially the staff. I walked in just to ask for a cup of water, and they refused to give me one unless I bought something. I told them everything was too sweet and I didn't want anything, but they still wouldn't give me water. I needed it to take my medication, and they still said no. The people here are unbelievably stingy. I will never come back, and I'll make sure none of my friends come here either. I've been a Starbucks customer for over ten years. I've spent thousands of dollars on their app, their cups, their coffee, their desserts--basically everything, in stores all around the world. And this location is by far the worst. No one has ever refused to give me a cup of water. Ever. Wake up, America. Are we really going to keep paying for this greedy, disgusting company and their overpriced coffee?
