Busy day at Starbucks this morning. Ordered a cortadito which was fine. Also ordered a hot oatmeal which was not. The "hot oatmeal" turned out to be hot milk in a paper container with raw instant oatmeal added. Stirred it for more than 5 min still a soupy mess. Gave up on trying to eat this gruel. Spoke to staff. No offer to reimburse or substitute. What I DID get for my complaint was a terse "OK! ...sprinkled with attitude" and back to business. I know its a busy morning...but there is NEVER an excuse for poor customer service!!!! Manager; train your personnel better. SRM-3654-A Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
