This is the greatest spot near Reinoldikirche. Try good muffins. It is nice to enjoy delicious latte or great cappuccino.

Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness of the tables have become significantly worse in 2024. Additionally, price increases again. That's why I (we) have been guests here much less often in the last six months. Tables, inside and outside, are not cleared or cleaned for ages. Drinks were prepared incorrectly three times and in some cases more was charged than I ordered. If this continues in 2025, we won't come anymore. I went to the starbucks in Dortmund and the man working was horrible , he does not make any effort to speak to tourists who do not speak german , he charged me and did not give me what i wanted and he said that was my fault because i did not tell him correctly , and of course was a challenge for me because he was speaking to me in german , thanks god the other 2 girls working with him were lovely and helped me , the 2 girls with the best customer service and the man with the worse customer service i have seen in my life
