I visited around 10:30 AM. My drink was made incorrectly, and I politely let the barista know. The barista, Marta, appeared upset and threw the incorrect drink into the trash right in front of me. That made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Another employee was very kind and remade my drink correctly, and I appreciated her help. However, my experience with Marta’s attitude was disappointing, especially since I was polite throughout the interaction.

This is the first time coming to this Starbucks, and I can't express how wonderful Emma was! She was so incredibly pleasant and while my kids and I were waiting for our order, she offered waters which no starbucks has ever done. If shes not a manager already, someone needs to make her one! Seriously the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in North Carolina! Thank you Emma!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I understand they’re probably understaffed but I went when I wasn’t busy and my order is pretty simple. Large iced matcha latte with two pumps of vanilla and a spinach feta wrap. How they manage to not put any sweetener in the drink and burn one side yet undercook the other side of the wrap I don’t know. We all have our days I get it but this was supposed to be a pick me up and was instead my final straw. Not that hard to get it semi right man especially not worth it for 15$ ridiculous Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
