Whenever I go there are only 2-3 people serving with the slow line, the menu is always incomplete, I have had to return drinks because they prepare them differently, the place is dirty, the quality of this place has dropped a lot Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Girl with black glasses and tattoos, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL customer service. Asked for water and she then continued to speak to her co worker (male with curls) in front of me, how they SHOULD NOT give free water. I didn’t know cooperate was deducting money out of their pay checks to give free water? It’s literally just water. The female barista with black glasses should not work there with that type of attitude. I also have read this is a typical work environment of hers at this Starbucks location.
