Stopped at 630am, hours says open and nobody is there. A grocery store employee told me they’re closed

Madison, was the most sour person I have dealt with . I bought tumblers that were 50% off and said she had to ring them up separately. Which by her attitude, she didn’t want to have to do. She grudgingly figured out the prices and rang them up separately. I let customers who came in after me, to go ahead of me, as this was a process for Madison. Then some of the tumblers that were on the 50% off shelf, were not 50% off. They were full price. I have previously been to this location and they have been closed during business hours. Then she threw out my receipt. I told her I needed it. She printed me a duplicate receipt. I asked her if I had all the receipts. She said yes. Got home I was missing 2 receipts and was given incorrect change back, was shorted. And I had a receipt for someone’s bs latte grande. I wonder if they got my receipt? I am buying these for a benefit. I had to ask Madison for a bag, for the last tumbler I bought. I had asked Madison for the managers name, it was the first time she smiled. Madison, said we do not have a manager. I really left there with the feeling I put her out, by wanting to buy tumblers for a benefit. Starbucks, you need to hire better employees. I just looked at my receipts and see that I was charged 16% tax for the tumblers !! This is a mistake with their register, I am not blaming Madison for this. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other

Do not go to this Starbucks they are understaffed and have no one working. Go to a different one that has multiple people working.
