I had a deeply unprofessional experience at this location (1007 N. Randall Rd) today April 29th at 4:05 PM. I frequently meet with clients at various Starbucks locations, but I have never been treated this way. I was waiting about 7 minutes for a business client to arrive, and we had only been speaking for 5 minutes—with every intention of ordering—when a staff member named Margie approached us. She told us we had to leave if we weren't ordering. When I asked if she would take our order, she refused to reply. When I asked about a time limit, she hesitated and then claimed it was '15 minutes' or we would have to leave. This was incredibly embarrassing for my client. I felt singled out, and frankly, it seemed like she was bothered by the fact that we were speaking Spanish. We were never given a respectful opportunity to make a purchase. This is not the hospitality I expect from Starbucks. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
