5 out of 5! The only thing that isnt nice is when customers order and dont specify whether they want iced or hot or the size especially with a long line, and then stand there and say hm what do I want when its busy. Why did you get in this big line if you dont know what you want, and then get mad at the baristas when they get fed up of half information and make it incorrectly cause now they have to assume what you wanted. And why do yall get so mad when it takes forever for your drinks even though its busy? You came to starbucks you know starbucks is busy your not above anyone else wait your turns please and thanks. Other than that its great.

There used to be an incredible crew that worked here every morning but they appear to have been summarily let go a few years back. Nearly every order I get is made incorrectly, once almost threw me into anaphylactic shock (severe almond allergy, made the drink with almond milk). The amount of times I've had to politely let the cashier know Im standing there because she's staring at her phone is also way too high. And I am not talking about a teenager. If you're going to charge Starbucks prices, at least attempt to hold your staff to making the drinks correctly! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
