Starbucks is pretty near Glockenspiel am Deiterhaus. Visitors don't like coffee at this cafe. Many guests highlight that the staff is well-trained here. Despite the popularity among clients, the weak point of Starbucks is its professional service. This place has been rated below average by Google.

Starbucks has an interesting loyalty program but the waitress here paid no attention to see whether my card was recorded or not. One would expect that with the price of coffee here at least one glance would be thrown onto the order screen. No "thanks" for the tip I gave. A couple times even my online mobile order was messed up (a disposable cup instead of a returnable cup given)... The location is good though Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
