as a Deaf customer and visited this Starbucks drive-thru. When I explained that I could not hear through the speaker, staff simply told me to go inside instead of helping me at the drive-thru. Deaf customers deserve patience and effective communication, and small adjustments like allowing ordering at the window or using written notes make a big difference. I hope this location improves accessibility and staff training so all customers are treated respectfully.
