Normally I love this starbucks location. But this experience today was awful. Normally I come earlier and it is good and everyone is nice. But today I came later and my drink was made wrong. Barista Shantall was very rude to me, she was sassy, made a snarky remark when I politely told her it was supposed to be iced instead of hot, then she laughed in my face. She continued to shake her head as she remade my drink, muttering words under her breath and slamming the milk carton down on the counter. I don’t know why she had to be so rude. Probably not going to be coming to this starbucks ever again. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
