I came in early and this guy named Ryan on his apron has a very piss poor attitude with me and seemed like he just hated working there. I just wanted a simple black coffee yet it took 10 minutes to get it and there was only 1 other customer inside besides me . I like fate location a lot but its employees may need a look over Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There’s no point in placing online orders the drive thru moved quicker and would probably save you more time than placing an order at home and driving up here to pick up said order. No hate to the employees though they were all working hard but it’s like what’s the point of placing an online order if it won’t be ready in the time it says it will be? Had a great experience at Starbucks. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient from the moment we walked in. It’s always nice to visit a place where the team greets you with a smile and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Great service, great atmosphere, and a wonderful stop for coffee in Fate!
