Every time I come here, the customer service is disappointing. The staff often seem unfriendly and give attitude, which makes the experience unpleasant.most people come here to treat themselves, or brighten their day. I came back after a couple of months hoping things had improved, but sadly the service still felt the same. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue. I hope management looks into this seriously and maybe even considers using a secret shopper to see what customers are experiencing firsthand. Because of these repeated experiences, I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Starbucks location has consistently poor customer service. The employee at the drive-thru window is often rude no greeting, hands off the food with an attitude, and makes the interaction feel rushed and unwelcoming. The drinks are also inconsistent and not always made as ordered. Overall, it’s frustrating to pay for drinks or food and feel like you’re being treated this way. I hope management can address the customer service and quality issues. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
