I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Starbucks on Manchester Expressway. I placed my order online a full hour ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived—but it was still 30 minutes late. This caused my granddaughter to be late for school, something that has never happened before, and during Teacher Appreciation Week at that. I called the store to address the issue, but the manager I spoke with was rude and dismissive instead of being understanding or helpful. Ordering ahead is supposed to make things easier, not create more problems. Delays can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service made this experience even worse.
