I adore Francesca so much. She is vivacious, kind, and simply wonderful! This Starbucks and many others that I visit have the same staff. Her toasted white chocolate mocha cold foam nitro cold brew is the best! Yum! Since I travel for Veterens and am often on the road, she goes above and beyond the call of duty to give me the recipe so I can easily order when I'm at a different Starbucks! She's always encouraging me to try new things! She merits a ten-star rating! Many thanks, ladies! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
