You usually come to Starbucks to relax, enjoy a good atmosphere, and meet friendly people. However, during this visit, the barista Romy seemed unhappy, and her mood and attitude negatively affected our experience. I also asked a friend who is a regular guest at this branch, and he mentioned that, unfortunately, this is a recurring issue and that several customers have felt the same about her attitude. This store is clean and has a relaxing environment but something bothered me the other day i visited and it was that the Barista Mohamad is very unprofessional in the way he speaks to customers and his drinks are average compared to the other baristas at this store. Really enjoy coming to Starbucks Ghazir. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is consistently great. The coffee here is also very good—definitely one of my favorite spots. Thanks to the team for always making it a pleasant experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
