I got 5 drinks and couldn’t carry them and my 2 year old simultaneously. My 2 year old decided to have a tantrum in front of the door and wanted to be picked up. Sage, who gave us our drinks, noticed us and came right over and offered to carry the drinks to my car. This was a lifesaver since I came to this Starbucks in Grapevine, TX because it had a drive through only to find out it wasn’t open this Sunday. This kind of customer service is what will bring me back to this Starbucks location in the future. Thank you Sage! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I had a great experience at the Starbucks Grapevine Mills Parkway. The staff is very friendly, the location has plenty of seats and tables, I could do my readings and work in a very welcoming environment - feels like the good old Starbucks, great soundtrack as well, didn’t even plug my own music. Thank you. There are even some big tables if you come with a group. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
