I usually love to go Starbucks. But today I was at longos this afternoon. So I decided to get coffee and cake pops for my kids. When the worker was taking order my 10 year old kid just touched the donation box and she started yelling at my son. When I asked her the reason why she yelling at my son she couldn't respond instead she started arguing with me. She behaved so rudely and in unprofessional way. The workers like her makes the well known business to down graded. Ended up getting nothing from there and will never order from that location in future. I work in retails too so I know what the customer service skills are and how to talk to customers. But looks like noone teaches her any customer service skills before giving her this job. Very disappointed today Starbucks have that kind of workers too Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Service: 1

I had to wait a little longer than usual for my sandwich through the drive thru at busy time of day (not at the fault of the workers), and the worker gave me a cookie and was very apologetic. This was Monday at around 2:30 pm as I recommended to the employers that they give this man a deserved raise!! He was very kind and down-to-earth which I appreciated more than a forced interaction. It felt natural, and and fun. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
