I get so overwhelmed with the number of choices in here, and it didn't help that my first three orders were out of stock. Then had to wait an age until the cakes my friend and I ordered were given to us, despite the fact the place was more quiet than usual. Not impressed with the (lack of) service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Drove through the drive thru today. At first window, I placed my order, the girl took my order, but failed to mention that they have run out of large cups. If she mentioned that I would’ve ordered something else. But she never. I figure this all out once I get to the second window. The girl hands me a small cup of my order even though I ordered a large. She then tells me that they have run out of large cups. I asked her that she could have told me this at the first window. She then shouts over to a girl called Ruth, who supposedly took my order, and that she is forgetting to mention to customers that they have ran out of large cups. So I wasn’t the only one this has probably happened to today. But I don’t think the staff actually communication within each other. I don’t normally write reviews, but this has just been one of the worst services I’ve had(especially on my birthday) Service: 1
