Be prepared to wait in the drive thru, no matter how many people are in line - there is always a long wait. Nowadays, your cup is hardly filled either. Ordered a shaken espresso that was nearly an inch below the fill line, and was told it was because of popped bubbles. Additionally, they were out of the syrup I wanted (toasted coconut) as well as classic syrup. Ultimately, I waited 15 minutes from ordering to pick-up for a less than full cup and it wasn't even the flavor I wanted. Honestly, what is going on at this location? Why when I told the barista I was unsatisfied was I told it's just the way it is. Food: 3 Service: 2

I’m somewhat new to the Starbucks world, so I frequent this location more often than others because of Jae and Rebecca! Jae has been so kind and patient to help me find the drinks that are just right for me! She’s always offering to make me something special! Rebecca is always so helpful and genuine in making certain that I enjoy what she makes for me! I rarely go through the drive thru at this location because I’m always looking forward to seeing and interacting with Jae or Rebecca! As an everyday (often times twice a day) Starbucks drinker, I would like to say the staff is amazing! Always smiling amd very friendly. The reason for the 2 stars in atmosphere is the crater in the drive thru lane. I would hate to see someone's vehicle be damaged because of it. It has been an issue for several months. Thanks!
