I waited no joke 20 minutes for a mobile order drink and never got it. I ordered 5 minutes before walking in during the “ready” time frame. I had to leave to make a train and Listen I understand if you’re in a rush like why are u placing an order? But I gave myself 25 minutes to get a singular coffee and asked the staff 4 times about it. AND they were all behind the counter talking and laughing barely doing their job, like literally moving in slow motion. My drink said “ready” on the app and I just kept getting told you have to wait by the staff. Actually ridiculous. I asked for a refund, was refused a refund so I just ran out to make the train. Such a waste of my time. Service: 1

We waited an unusual amount of time for a grilled cheese and this pink drink which happened to have a rotten strawberry in it. I can understand that when you have people training the waiting time could be longer than usual, but having a piece of fruit like the one I’ve found in my drink is very unpleasant, could have health consequences and shouldn’t happened on a place like Starbucks. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
