This is my second time visit at this particular location and is my favorite Starbucks so far!!! I've been through several Starbucks locations within "Continental USA" and this one Starbucks in Hatillo Puerto Rico is the "GOAT"!!! The atmosphere is relaxing, the Patrons are friendly and respectful, the smell is great and the Staff Team are awesome!!! More specifically, "Juliemar" took my order on the "Two Occasions" and She is a professional that the 2 times made sure my order was 100% accurate. "Juliemar" is very respectful towards all Customers and creates an atmosphere of peace when taking your order!!! While all the Staff Team was extremely professional and efficient, "Juliemar" was the highlight as She is the first person that greet you and is responsible to "Keeping the brand" of Starbucks maintaining its established identity, reputation, and promise to customers. Thanks a lot "Juliemar"!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always stop here on my way to Isabela. They were very helpful and I love the location. Unfortunately, as explained by one of the employees, it is hard to get starts unless you call customer service. However, you can redeem them. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
