This has to be the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to! Waited over an hour today for coffee! Over an HOUR! There were 3-4 employees, moving like snails with no sense of urgency at all! Never will I ever go back to this location! Unacceptable. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Good morning I came through drive thru on Tuesday(4-15-26)and the young lady(Tyanna)customer service lack of greeting her customer was not so Welcoming. She didn't ask for my name. I order a coffee(plain) was told to pull window and she told me how much it was I handed her the money and she gave me my coffee. It was no Thank you or have a great day. So I did tell her to work on her customer service it goes along way. She looked at me as if I had said something wrong. I inturn called the store and asked for a manager and was told that manager was not in store then I asked for person in charge and the lady said the shift leader was in charge. I asked the lady her name that I was talking to and it was her...Come to find out Tyanna was the shift leader who was at drive thur that was in charge and she was the person who I talk to on the phone. Her lack of service made me feel hesitated to return to this store. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1
