I genuinely had one of the sweetest customer service experiences ever at this Starbucks today. Awela and Riyah were both incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during a super stressful moment for me. I stopped by on my lunch break and accidentally left my wallet behind while also struggling with tap-to-pay on my new card. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or rushed, they were so reassuring and sweet the entire time. Awela even went out of her way to make the drink I wanted despite them not fully having it in stock, which I appreciated so much. When my payment still wouldn’t work, they handled the situation with so much kindness and grace and completely turned my day around. I work in customer service too, so I know how much patience and empathy like that matters, and they truly went above and beyond. Thank you again, Awela and Riyah, for being so genuinely caring.
