Every time I come in I always somehow get the manger. She is ALWAYS rude never approaches me. She DEFINITELY NEEDS A REFRESHER ON CUSTOMER SERVE AND HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE. We provide her a PAYCHECK!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you’ve ever had the absolute displeasure of dealing with the manager at the local Starbucks, you already know she is the most miserable, hostile person in customer service. She walks around with a permanent scowl, treats paying customers with total contempt, and openly bosses and bullies her employees who are just trying to do their jobs. The bottom line is, everyone in town is saying the exact same thing about this location. She has zero business being in charge of a team or dealing with the public, and corporate needs to step up, fire her, and clean house immediately!
