Not a good experience at all. The people working in the morning were incredibly rude, and the customer service felt very rushed from the start. Before I could even finish placing my order, they were already telling me to pull up to the window. I was ordering for two people, so naturally I had more than one item to say, but the guy taking my order kept interrupting me and repeatedly saying, “That’s all?” as if he was trying to hurry me along. I tried several times to explain that I was not finished ordering and still had more items to add, but it felt like he wasn’t listening at all. Instead of taking a moment to hear me out, he rushed through the order and checked me out before I was done speaking. Because of that, I ended up only getting one drink, and my partner didn’t get anything at all. It was frustrating because the mistake could have easily been avoided if he had simply listened and not acted so impatient. I understand mornings can be busy, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and given enough time to place an order. Starting the day with an experience like that completely ruined our breakfast and left a bad impression. Very disappointing. SMH. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To start out the staff at this location are very sweet and can be very efficient! And they typically get orders right even when new people are training and are usually very attentive! Iv been coming to this location for over 12 years and they always keep the line moving in the drive thru and inside! But there are occasions where my shaken espresso has no espresso or my drink is missing a component. Lately iv been ordering the ube shaken espresso which in itself if made correctly is a delicious drink and in my opinion well worth the almost $7 that I pay. But this drink hardly ever has the coconut syrup in it or ube cold foam done right and iv never had a even adequate one at this store.Granted this is a limited time beverage so it could be that the recipe is a little more difficult to get the hang of which I understand. And the staff is also dealing with a ever rotating menu. But i am well aquainted with the Starbucks standard and getting my caffeine is one of the highlights of my day! So if I'm spending over $30 to $50 dollars a week,I do expect that standard to be upheld. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My favorite Starbucks to come to, I order through the mobile app far too much and a lot of the team members know my name and it’s so sweet. They also make my cold brew perfectly every time which is why I come here so often. I don’t leave reviews really ever but I’ve been meaning to because of how sweet the team is here.
