Employees love being rude and making the drink you paid for taste horrible when you ask for a correction on a mistake they made. Two days in a row now. Rude window service. I spend good money here to just be treated like I'm the problem. Maybe they need retraining or better training in customer service. Previously loved this location but damn! Food: 3 Service: 1

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Andrew at the 39th Street Starbucks in Independence. While trying to resolve an issue involving a DoorDash order, Andrew was incredibly unprofessional. Rather than helping to find a solution, he chose to hang up on me mid-conversation. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks. I hope management addresses this lack of basic courtesy." Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
