Came in here a few days ago and I always hate coming to this location. The baristas Samantha and Kai are clearly not good under pressure/busy times as they were rude. I see Starbucks replying saying they will be happy to re make a drink but this is not true at all, the second you need your drink remade they come over with an attitude. No sorry, just “go to the register to get in line” crazy you have to re wait in line to have your drink remade right? Also, there was what I assume is a corporate partner in the building and the second she left the building the 2 baristas started to talk crap about her where I could clearly hear them in the lobby. Super unprofessional. this location has always sucked. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely long wait, it’s been over 3 times I’ve waited longer then 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. There barista working the bar, super sweet but very slowwww, I seen her drop 5 cups, laugh then stop and talk to her coworkers about it, I mean it was funny the first time but after 3rd, can we move on. She would would make 1 drink then stop and chitchat while we’ve all been waiting for 10 plus minutes. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

$8 for a large caramel ribbon crunch, asked for extra caramel and extra crunch and received a watered down milky drink, no caramel, barely any crunch and zero coffee.. literally tasted like 2% milk... absolutely ridiculous Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
