I placed a mobile order today and my husband went to go pick it up. He went through the drive through to get it. He received the drinks I ordered but didn’t get the sandwich and didn’t realize it until he got home. I called the Starbucks and told them that we never received our food and would like to have it credited back to my account. The lady stated that the only way to do that was for us to go back into the store to get the refund. (Never once did she say they would remake the sandwich for us to go get it instead either.) When I stated that I couldn’t come in today she said she would put my name down so that the next time I do go in they will GIVE me a FREE sandwich. When I said that it wouldn’t be free because I paid for it and never received it she said that’s all she could do to help me. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this Starbucks. The customer service is crap and so are the drinks. And for the price it’s ridiculous! Do better Starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
