The fact you guys gave my friend something she was allergic too, after she asked for it pulled of and put on the side. She informed you she had allergy, so you throw that thing in the same bag? If that ask for it on the side wouldn't it been smarter to don't know, THROW IT IN A DIFFERENT BAG?! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Say in here for about in hour, who I’m assuming manager is a store manager has been here on several occasions and likes to sit in the lobby while talking her her employees about everything including reprimanding them for whatever is it (in this case not passing some inspection). There is very little seating, but she doesn’t seem to mind. Very unprofessional, also she was talking was talking down to one of her employees in front of everyone (customers, other employee’s). I’ve never experienced this at a Starbucks before, I’m at several through the week. Do better lady Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Do they seriously think that I’m going to eat this oatmeal with my hand?? I was being polite and even gave the girl on the drive thru a tip just to get to my destination with out a SPOON. On top of that they also didn’t include the agave syrup.Totally ruined my morning! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
