Every time I come here, whether its me waiting 20 mins for a pumpkin loaf that should take 5, or just the overall customer service, it always sucks coming in here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I went in to order a venti steamed milk with vanilla and whipped cream (I know it sounds different, but it’s my girlfriend’s usual order and she’s very particular about it). The manager, Dale, rang it up as a completely different drink—similar, but not what I asked for. When I tried to explain, he was rude the entire time. I even recorded the interaction because of how unprofessional it was. To make matters worse, all three drinks we ordered ended up having little to no flavor. We couldn’t even drink them and ended up throwing them away. We left and went to another Starbucks down the road, where the service was much better and they even gave us our drinks for free. On top of that, if Dale is going to hold a management position, he either needs to learn how to properly speak to customers or be dealt with by the company. His attitude was completely unacceptable. Overall, terrible experience. I would not recommend this location at all—save yourself the hassle and just drive an extra 10 minutes to a different one if you actually want good service and drinks.
