I’m waiting here for my drink when a traditional Latham Karen shouts for a manager, then lies about how long she’s been waiting for her drink before demanding a refund. It’s Saturday at 10am. The manager Kevin absolutely slayed the customer service response promptly and professionally which was very cool to watch. People, please be kind to your service workers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
