The last time I go here for awhile. I was very understanding as I used to work for Starbucks myself for over a decade so I understand the time it can take for new hires to get it down. This store acts as if modifying a drink is difficult but that’s literally the point of Starbucks is to modify your drink to you liking. Every time I go here there seems to be an issue either charging for things that shouldn’t be extra like cream in an iced coffee, not a latte an iced coffee. If your drink it’s wrong it’s always our fault here never the baristas fault. I go today and ask for something very simple light ice lol this is not even the regular amount of ice and I know this bc it my history with the company. The other drink I got we requested extra freeze dried strawberries and yes they charge for that which is fine I’ll pay extra then but then you hand me the drink with maybe 2 strawberries at which point I asked the girl at the window to please give me extra she then stated they had been running low.i asked then why are you charging me for something that I am clearly not ever getting?!?!? She then took the drink and “put more in” still not extra at all.this place needs some serious support and a manger and shift supervisors that are going to ensure quality and experience is there. Clearing that I only have one phots of my drink the other thrown out before I could get a photo.

I've been ordering the same drink from Starbucks for years. It's always the same. Unfortunately, this place made it twice and I have no idea what happened but my latte looked like a black cup of coffee with a splash of milk both times. Don't waste your money here. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Its Starbucks, they have some great drinks. Sometimes they vary a bit depending on who's making your order. This location seems to move a bit slower than some others I've visited but being the only one in close proximity, it's not the worst. A couple orders have been a lil skewed but I've never had anything completely undrinkable or anything. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
