This place is a parking trap disguised as a coffee shop. I came in as a genuine customer, bought a drink, stayed to relax — exactly what Starbucks promotes — and months later received a £100 parking charge. When I returned to ask for help, staff Nat refused to assist at all. No effort to check records, no support, nothing. It’s shocking that customers are not clearly warned about these parking rules, yet are punished afterwards. There are multiple reports of similar experiences, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a systematic issue.  Avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Absolutely unacceptable experience at Starbucks. I ordered a small chai latte with soy milk and for £4.70 I was served a cup of plain, warm soy milk.. no chai syrup, no flavour, nothing at all. Charging premium prices for a drink that is clearly not prepared correctly is beyond ridiculous.This was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment..
