Clients don't like latte at this cafe. Starbucks with takeout food is suitable for those visitors who like to have lunch in a hurry. A number of guests mention that the staff is professional here. Service at this place is something one can call prompt. Most people have noticed that prices are low for what you get. The atmosphere is nice, as visitors see it. Pathetic service, overly priced food, mess across the cafe with dirty filthy tables. Not sure they are doing any favour to themselves. Staff is so off and robotics. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible arrogant and unfriendly service. She didn't ask what size drink, didn't understand English, left my drink on her side of the counter, obviously to lazy to even slide it over to the customer, so much so i had to ask if it was finished. The drink itself was very poor, weak and tasteless. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Unfortunately my husband visited this starbucks this morning on his birthday and met a rude and argumentative member of staff. He ordered his usual order of a hazelnut latte with oat milk and was given a vanilla latte, he advised the staff this was wrong and a male member of staff continued to disagree and start an argument that he ordered it wrong. Absolutely awful customer service who ever the male was making drinks at 09.59am you are a disgrace Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
