I wanted to share some feedback about my experience at this Starbucks about a week ago. I placed my order through the mobile app and got into the pickup line, but unfortunately ended up waiting for about an hour. At this particular location, there isn’t really a way to get out of the line once you’re in it, which made the wait especially frustrating. The staff did apologize, and I appreciate that, because I understand that busy days and unexpected delays happen. However, after waiting that long, I do wish there had been a little more communication or some kind of solution offered to customers who had been waiting for such an extended amount of time. I’m not trying to be overly critical of the employees, but I do think there’s room for improvement when it comes to handling long wait times and keeping customers informed. I normally enjoy Starbucks, which is why I hope this was just an unusual experience and that things can improve going forward. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
