The cool staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. Prices are found reasonable here. When you enter this place, you feel the calm atmosphere. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

I ordered a Strawberries and crème frappe. Nay the service attendant at the drive through failed to inform me that they were out of whipped cream. I called back 30 minutes later and they had whipped cream. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The drive through line was short but service was slow - but as always, I left a tip anyway. I got three spinach and feta wraps and an order of bacon egg bites. We opened our food right away. The egg bites were cold to the touch. I had to turn around and go back inside for new egg bites - so I was mad that I left a tip. Today is my last time coming to this location and the last day I’ll tip at Starbucks. They’re less about the coffee and more about the tips. Price per person: $100+

This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited in my entire life. I literally have the simplest order that is possible. A medium dark roast! That’s it!!! The young lady at the drive thru did not add a stopper for my EXTREMELY hot coffeeshould come standard but I had to ask..ordered a water NO icethe water had ice..I gave it back & drove off as I didn’t have a few extra minutes to spare to correct it on a Saturday 4/18/26 around 8:10AM! I leftgot to my destination. Behold, My coffee has left a puddle in the cup holder of my BRAND NEW VEHICLE-HOT STEAMING FRAGRANT COFFEE by the wayI wondered why? The drive thru young lady with the crooked star bucks hat & long dark hair DOUBLE cupped my coffeeresulting In the LID not fitting properly..in order to remove the double cupso that I wouldn’t continue to SPILL coffee all over MYSELF & MY VEHICLEI placed the coffee on the ground in order to REMOVE the EXTRA cup That I was providedI unfortunately severely burned by hand while doing so! Great Job Starbucks for the sloppy & unacceptable service on the simplest order that you all probably would ever receive.. 2 customers in the drive thru this morning & this was the outcome? If this location has more than 4 customers in line they all scramble around bumping into each other as if they never handled the slightest rush of customerssee photos below..NEVER patronizing the location ever again..severe incompetence is at an all time high. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
