I spent over two hours working remotely in this Starbucks today and I was shocked at how filthy it was. This is by far the most disgusting Starbucks I’ve ever stepped foot in in my life. The tables were all gross and sticky. The Pick Up counter was full of spills and crumbs and was not wiped down even once while I was there, the trash in the main lobby area was overflowing and not emptied during the two hours I was there. The bathroom was filthy. It’s important to note that it was not that busy. There was no reason why these employees could not have wiped off the tables and the counter and taken out the trash. I was very disappointed. This is not a good representation of Starbucks and the quality that I expect I’ve been to many Starbucks stores around the country, including incredibly busy locations in airports and New York City and have never seen something so offbrand. Waited at the window for 20 minutes with no one taking my payment and had 2 drinks and a food. First drink was made wrong and they “remade” it when they just made it wrong again. My food was cold by the time I got it. I saw 5 different workers and was the only one in line. Don’t waste your time going here

i placed a mobile order at about 7:25 & it was said to be ready at 7:32. i showed up at 7:39 & it wasn’t ready. i received one item at 7:43 & was told the drink would be right out. 6 minutes later she asked me what my drink was & i told her & was told she has set it aside because they were out of protein milk. a simple question of what my order was or any form of communication to figure out why i was standing there for 15 minutes in an empty store would’ve made a difference. i’m not upset they were out of the item i ordered im upset at how long it took to be handled while watching everyone in the drive through fly by Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
