Many people come to order good breakfast sandwiches. A lot of visitors order great iced caramel macchiato, tea or iced coffee. Starbucks Coffee Company with takeaway food is suitable for those guests who like to eat in a hurry. The nice staff welcomes visitors all year round. Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. As clients find it, the atmosphere is exotic here. The average rating of this spot on Google is 4.1.

I order a single drink and a single bagel. I waited for over 30 minutes for just those 2 items only to then be told that my order must have been taken by someone else. Horrible service with no sense of urgency. Online orders piling up while others are forced to wait even longer for their orders. You guys need to fix your priorities or get new staff. Just a horrible experience and I will not be coming back here. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

It is with considerable frustration that I feel compelled to articulate my experience with this particular Starbucks location, an establishment that, in theory, should epitomize consistency and customer attentiveness, yet in practice falls markedly short. My husband, Dave, is a remarkably loyal patron, frequenting this location upwards of twice daily—an allegiance that amounts to approximately $112 per week. The staff appear convivial toward him and the dogs he accompanies, which, while appreciated, is ultimately ancillary to the core purpose of the business: accurately preparing the beverages being paid for. As the actual consumer of these drinks (not him), I can attest to a persistent and almost astonishing pattern of inaccuracies—particularly with something as ostensibly straightforward as a chai latte. Whether it be the conspicuous absence of cinnamon, omitted toppings explicitly selected on a mobile order, or the frequent neglect of cold foam (a premium addition exceeding $1.00), the result is a product that is routinely incomplete. These are not isolated oversights; they are habitual. Despite my husband raising these concerns directly with staff members he is familiar with, there has been no meaningful rectification—nor even the basic courtesy of reimbursement for omitted paid add-ons. The recurring justification of being “short staffed” begins to ring hollow when weighed against the premium pricing. When one is paying approximately $8.00 for a beverage, missing key components is not merely disappointing—it is unacceptable. Mobile ordering, by design, is intended to eliminate ambiguity. The specifications are explicitly enumerated, leaving little room for interpretive error. That these details are so frequently disregarded suggests either a lack of diligence or a systemic lapse in operational standards. At a certain point, the issue transcends inconvenience and enters the realm of principle: if a business cannot reliably fulfill the orders it accepts, then it must either recalibrate its staffing and processes or reconsider its capacity to operate effectively. Customers should not be expected to subsidize their inefficiency. In its current state, this location reflects a disconcerting disparity between cost and competence.
